Next-Gen Trainer
By authorising or using Next-Gen Trainer ("the Application"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorise the Application.
The Application is a private, single-user personal training and health-analytics tool operated by Shahar Halperin. It is not a commercial product, is not offered for sale, and has no public sign-up.
The Application produces training suggestions and estimated health metrics for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training or nutrition.
Metrics are estimates derived from consumer wearable data and published formulas. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. No warranty is made as to their correctness.
You may use the Application only with your own Google Account and your own health data. Attempting to access another person's data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, is prohibited.
The Application accesses Google Health data only after explicit OAuth consent, and only with read-only scopes. You may revoke access at any time via Google Account › Third-party apps & services. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from reliance on information produced by the Application.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
